The project entails the construction of a 26-story office tower spanning an area of 36,000 square meters, designed to achieve LEED Gold certification. The tower is situated adjacent to the Land Rover and Jaguar headquarters and main showroom. With a floor gross built-up area of 1,600 square meters, the office tower features curved corners and all-glass facades, imparting an elegant appearance that aligns with JLR's vision for their main headquarters.
One notable aspect of the design is the incorporation of a green roof on the second floor of the showroom. This green roof serves a dual purpose, providing a venue for private events hosted by Land Rover, while also functioning as a pocket garden for office users on a daily basis. It offers a serene and lush environment within the confines of a densely populated city.
The significance of the building extends beyond its design and construction. Land Rover and Jaguar have selected this office tower as a green building pilot project in the Middle East, showcasing their commitment to sustainable practices. Currently, the project is in the construction phase, bringing the vision of a LEED Gold-certified, visually captivating office tower closer to fruition.
