IMAX business complex
Concept design
45,000 sqm of the mix-use complex adjacent to AFI Bucharest mall. Located in the 6th district for the city creates a new portal for the offices and shopping center. The IMAX ‘building is the missing link for the largest business & shopping complex of Rumania - Concept Desing
JLR h.q. - Land Rover & Jaguar showroom and office building - LEED Gold
36,000 sqm LEED gold, 26-story office tower adjacent to Land Rover and Jaguar headquarters and main showroom. Floor g.b.a of 1,600 sqm with curved corners and all-glass facades create the elegant look JLR was looking for their main h.q. On the second floor of the showroom, I created a green roof that could be used for privet events for Land Rover and on a daily based used for office users as a pocket garden in a dense city. The building was selected by Land Rover & Jaguar as a green building pilot in the medal-east. - In Construction
Rubishtein Holon - Senior Home
80,000 sqm, leisure senior home with 465 apartments of varying sizes, nursing facilities, indoor clinics, an auditorium of 450 seats connected with a separate set of elevators for nonresidential visitors, classes for indoor activities such as swimming, yoga, and physiotherapy, in closed gardens for public use. This project is one of the largest senior facilities to be built, it provides a second home for senior citizens and a safe environment in which they can invite family and create new experiences at an elderly age - In Construction
The Flow - LEED Platinum
43 stories 60,000 sqm LEED Platinum mix use of public, commercial, office, and residential buildings. It is located in a prime location in Tel Aviv. Unique holistic design on a complicated plot reinforces the project's two sides: a calm and residential neighborhood oriented to the east, but more dynamic and fluid toward the commercial district of Ayalon to the west. Double curved Façade units with 70cm / 40cm fins create an additional layer of 3-dimensional look and add to the LEED score by creating shading and producing electricity(BIPV).
Haifa City Windows - business complex
Covering an area of 24,000 sqm, the third and final phase of the historical judicial district of Haifa's peace courts is an architectural marvel. The semi-curved facades have been meticulously designed and constructed using precast elements, combined with a sleek stick-frame aluminum curtain wall system. This blend of materials not only enhances the building's aesthetics but also ensures structural integrity and energy efficiency.
COMU. - Ashtrom in Talpiot - LEED Gold
50,000 sqm mix-use complex, with five commercial stories housing Decathlon mega store, Mercedes showrooms, and 25 stories office building and two 25 stories residential towers with 320 apartment units. Because of Jerusalem's location and local regulations of Jerusalem 40% of the facades were covered with neutral stone. The technique for the towers was unitized honeycomb stone glazed units. Today this building is one of the main focal points of Talpiot, overlooking the valley and connecting the Arab and Jewish neighborhoods.
Privet Home - Newton MA. US
A private home in Newton, MA is a unique blend of modern aesthetics and classic charm. The exterior showcases a combination of clean lines and traditional architectural elements, such as gabled roofs and large windows. The materials used, such as natural stone and wood siding, create a warm and inviting ambiance.
Melisron Data Center - TIER III
22,000 sqm LEED gold - Data Center TIER 3 redundant building, located in Haifa near Intel and Amazon R&D centers. The main facilities are located below ground, with three main white halls eight meters clear height, electrical rooms, and battery rooms, above ground was designed for the recovery team and HVAC systems, and on the roof twelve protected generators. The building was designed to hold a nearby missile attack or a natural disaster of a large scale.
Private Home - Binyamina IL.
The home is a single-story structure designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. The exterior is clad in natural materials such as stone and wood, with large windows and sliding doors to bring in plenty of natural light and offer expansive views of the fields and vineyards.
Private Home - Hertzelia IL.
I had the opportunity to work on a penthouse renovation project that involved transforming a dated and cramped living space into a luxurious and expansive retreat. The penthouse was located on the top floor of a high-rise building, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding cityscape.The interior of the penthouse was designed to reflect the client's unique style and taste. We incorporated high-end finishes such as marble countertops, custom cabinetry, and luxury appliances. The open floor plan was designed to maximize natural light and take full advantage of the panoramic views.
